Windows Precision Touchpads (aka Why are Windows touchpads still so crap?)

From michaelbeijer.co.uk

Sadly, pretty much every single Windows external touchpad is complete crap. This is because they don’t support so-called ‘Windows Precision Touchpad’ drivers. This includes standalone touchpads, as well as touchpads integrated into external keyboards: they are all garbage. I think the new Corsair K83 might be an exception, although I haven't tested it yet. However, an interesting option I recently stumbled across is to use a Mac touchpad (specifically, a wired Magic Trackpad 2), in combination with this driver: https://github.com/imbushuo/mac-precision-touchpad
